About Verizime
Verizime is an online shop for men's bracelets. We are based in France, we ship worldwide, and our prices are in pounds sterling because most of the people who buy from us are in the United Kingdom.
That is the whole of what we are. What follows is how we work, and what we will and will not claim.
Where the name comes from
Veri — as in verify, verified, veritas. True, genuine, dependable. The rest of the word makes it ours.
We picked a name about truth because the category needed one. Men's jewellery online is full of stores describing plated steel as gold, inventing a founding year, and photographing pieces so flatteringly that the real thing is a disappointment. We would rather be the shop that tells you the plating is plating.
What we do, and what we do not
We choose pieces. We work with manufacturers, select what is worth selling, and stand behind it. We are a shop, not a workshop.
We do not pretend to be a heritage brand. There is no founding date on this site, no family workshop, no maison, no crest. Those things belong to businesses that actually have them.
We do not publish reviews we did not receive. No imported testimonials, no incentivised ratings, nothing written by anyone who did not buy the piece.
We do not claim materials we cannot support. If a piece is gold-plated stainless steel, that is what the page says. Not "18k gold". Not "solid gold finish".
How we describe a piece
Every product page states the material by its real name, the width in millimetres, and the length in centimetres. Where a bracelet is adjustable, we say by how much. Where a stone is natural, we say that variation between pieces is expected, because it is.
Measurements are the part most shops leave vague, and they are the part that decides whether a bracelet fits. Ours are the real ones. Our size guide shows you how to measure your wrist in about two minutes, with nothing more than a strip of paper.
What to expect from an order
Standard shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum spend. The delivery cost is already inside the price on the page, so the amount at checkout is the amount you pay.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, engraved pieces included. You receive a tracking link as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. Delivery estimates for every destination are published on our shipping page, and they are estimates, not promises we cannot keep.
If something is wrong
You have 30 days to return any piece, faulty or not, and get your money back. UK consumers also keep the statutory 14-day right to cancel, and the 30-day right to reject anything faulty. We say so plainly on the returns page rather than burying it.
If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, that is our problem and not yours. We replace it or refund it in full, and you do not pay return postage.
