Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy.
1. About Verizime
Verizime is an online retailer of men's bracelets and related accessories, operating this store and website. Where these terms say "we" or "us", they mean Verizime.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to enter into a binding contract to buy from us. The site is not intended for children.
3. Products and Product Information
We describe every piece as accurately as we can. Photographs are intended to represent the item faithfully, but screen calibration, lighting and scale mean colour and finish can differ slightly from what you see. The measurements given in centimetres and millimetres are the reliable reference.
Natural materials such as stone, wood and leather vary from piece to piece. That variation is a property of the material, not a defect.
4. Product Availability
Availability can change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we contact you and offer a replacement, a wait, or a full refund.
5. Pricing and Payments
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The price charged is the price displayed when you complete checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
If you view the site in another currency, that amount is an indicative conversion. Your bank converts at its own rate on the day and may add its own fee.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
6. Orders and Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. Until then we may decline an order and refund you in full — for example where there has been a pricing or description error, where fraud is suspected, where we cannot ship to the address, or where stock cannot be sourced.
Please check your order details, including engraving text and delivery address, before confirming.
7. Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment being confirmed. This applies to every piece we sell, including personalised and engraved ones.
Tracking information is issued once the carrier scans your parcel. It is normal for tracking to show no movement for the first 24 to 48 hours.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Standard shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend. Express delivery is available at checkout.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days to the United Kingdom, 8 to 14 to Ireland and the European Union, 8 to 15 to the United States and Canada, and 10 to 20 to the rest of the world. Full detail is in our shipping and delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
9. Delays, Customs, and Delivery Issues
Carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, holidays and incomplete address information can all delay a parcel beyond our control.
If we become aware that your order cannot be delivered within the timeframe originally stated, we will tell you and set out your options, including cancellation and a prompt refund where that applies.
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may attract import duties, taxes or customs handling fees set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by us.
10. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Damaged Items
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, for faulty and non-faulty items alike. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item, or of receiving proof that you sent it, whichever comes first.
Where a piece arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, you do not pay return postage and we replace or refund it in full. The full procedure is set out in our returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes of Mind
Consumers in the United Kingdom have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of receiving an order, for any reason, and receive a refund. Our 30-day return window sits on top of that right and does not replace it. Consumers in the European Union have an equivalent right of withdrawal.
Engraved and personalised pieces are made to your specification and are excluded from the statutory right to cancel, except where they arrive faulty, damaged, or engraved differently from what you ordered.
12. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional codes carry their own conditions and cannot be combined unless we say so. We may correct pricing errors and withdraw a promotion at any time, but never on an order already confirmed.
13. Intellectual Property
The content of this site — text, layout, graphics and logos — is owned by us or used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation requires our written permission.
14. User Content and Reviews
If you submit a review, comment or photograph, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive right to display it in connection with the product. You confirm the content is yours to give and is not unlawful.
We may decline or remove submissions that are abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product. We do not publish fabricated or incentivised reviews.
15. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access, to scrape or copy its content systematically, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with its operation.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
The site relies on third-party services, including payment providers and carriers, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
17. Disclaimer
The website is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of error. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
18. Limitation of Liability
We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to meet these terms. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under consumer protection law.
19. Indemnification
You are responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use of the site or your breach of these terms.
20. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law applicable to our business. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at support@verizime.com so we can try to resolve it directly.
Nothing in these terms deprives a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, including the statutory rights of consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
